📦 Returns & Warranty Policy
Defective Product Returns (Within Warranty Period)
We stand by the quality of the components we supply. If a product is found to be defective and within its warranty period, we will arrange collection and return shipping at no cost to the customer, provided the following conditions are met:
- The customer must provide proof of purchase, including the invoice number and purchase date.
- The warranty claim must be initiated within the product’s stated warranty period, as indicated on the purchase invoice or product listing.
Upon receipt and testing:
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, a full replacement or refund will be issued, and no costs will be incurred by the customer.
- If the product is found to be fully functional and not defective, the customer will be responsible for:
- The initial collection and shipping costs, and
- The return shipping costs back to the customer.
These charges will be communicated before final return shipping is arranged.
General Conditions
- Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.
- Any physical damage not reported at the time of delivery may void warranty claims.
- We reserve the right to test products before issuing replacements or refunds.
This policy is drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa (CPA) and is subject to change based on regulatory updates or operational needs.
